Shenzhen Jingyehuang: Three core technologies of LED vacuum dust-free oven

The LED vacuum dust-free oven launched by Shenzhen Jingyehuang has driven industry upgrades through three core technological breakthroughs. Its vacuum environment can control the oxygen concentration below 100ppm, effectively preventing oxidation of the LED chip soldering surface and increasing the yield of gold wire soldering to 99.3%. The dust-free design meets Class 100 cleanliness standards, eliminating phosphor contamination caused by dust particles and significantly improving the consistency of LED lighting in terms of light color.


The device utilizes a graphene heating module to achieve precise temperature control within ±0.5℃. Coupled with a three-dimensional circulating air duct, it maintains a temperature difference of ≤2℃ inside the furnace even under high-temperature conditions of 400℃. In the production of MiniLED backlight modules, this uniform thermal field enhances the pass rate of encapsulation adhesive curing to 98.7%. The intelligent vacuum management system automatically records 128 sets of process parameters, establishing a comprehensive quality traceability system for the COB packaging process.
